Already we are at Round 5 and it seems like we've hardly played any cricket, conditions are doubtful for this weekend too with heavy rain forecast, but lets just assume we're playing for the moment. It's the top of the table clash with the Falcons taking on the Saints in the 1's, whilst the undefeated 2's take on the winless Burras. The 3's and 4's will be looking to return to the winners list.
Swingin' 60's Psychedelic Shin Dig this Saturday night
Ok man, heres the skinny, time to get your groove on man. We have a swinging psychedelic night ready for all you cats. Pull out those 60's threads from the closet brothers and sisters and get ready to give peace a chance. It is all about the sex, drugs and rock'n roll as we get funky to groovy tracks from hip young things The Doors, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Marvan Gaye, Bob Dylan and the Beach Boys. You cats dig what... i'm layin on ya?
Entry: Free for all you far out ladies, including a glass of bubbles. You Dig
Time: 7-12 pm man (the fuzz will come knockin' at the door any later, Damn the man)
Dress: If you are hip you will be wearing sweet threads. Bellbottom jeans are in, torn and frayed jeans, tie dye shirts, love beads, head bands, granny dresses, granny glasses, sandals, crocheted hats and belts, ankle bells, and bare feet are all part of the Hippy life style man.
